Babysitting Techniques

This course will help prepare young people for the responsibility of babysitting or staying at home without an adult. This class covers diapering, holding and feeding infants, supervising children, accident prevention, simple first aid, age appropriate play activities, getting help in emergencies, how to interview for a job, and what to expect from the parents that hire the sitter. Please bring a brown bag lunch, refillable water bottle, and snack. Students will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the class.

Students must attend the complete class.
