Interested in learning how to skate?

All skaters must start with our Intro to Skating class. This 30 minute class is a pay as you go class and you do not need to pre-register. Simply come in 15 minutes prior to the start of class and pay at the desk. The class costs $12 per skater per class. Skate rental is available at the pro shop for an additional fee of $5 per pair.

When skaters are ready to pass Intro and move into our Level 1 class, instructors will let our skaters and families know.

Intro to Skating Dates

Inwood Ice Arena is located at 3000 W. Jefferson Street and is part of the Inwood Athletic Club complex. With a full size (200' x 85') sheet of ice and seating for 1000, the ice arena hosts a number of hockey and figure skating events throughout the year, including the annual NIHL youth hockey tournament and Inwood Skate School Ice Show and Harvest Gold Competition.

Adult Skate

Skaters 18 years and over - enjoy leisure skating during ice time scheduled for you. This is an ideal time for you to practice your techniques!

Please no hockey sticks/pucks allowed.
