New Skaters Start Here
- Skaters ages 3-12 must start with our Intro to Skating Class. Offered throughout the season, Intro to Skating allows skaters to learn the basics of standing, marching, and moving on ice. Skaters do not pre-register for this class, but they will pay for it weekly at the ice desk as needed. The instructors of the class will inform skaters when they are ready to progress into Level 1. The class costs $11 per week, not including skate rental. Skaters do not need to attend every week.
- Skaters 13 or older may register for our Teen/Adult class to begin their skating journey. We can help those interested in just learning the basics or even a bit more.
- For current class times, check the ice-skating section of the Park District Leisure Guide on-line.
