Since the passing of the Joliet Park District Referendum, the Joliet Park District staff has been working on the many projects promised to the community. In keeping with our promise to include the community in the design of the Nowell Park facility, the Joliet Park District Board of Commissioners will be holding a Special Meeting to present a concept drawing and to listen to questions and comments from the community.
