Level 1 Tumbling

Beginning tumblers will learn forward rolls, cartwheels, bridges and jumps. Strength and flexibility are also needed to progress into the higher level classes. Children will be evaluated at the end of each session and advised when to move up to the next level.


Level 2 Tumbling

This class is designed to perfect your child's beginner skills and add new skills. Skills to be taught are: backbends, handstand forward rolls, and round-offs. Children will be evaluated at the end of each session and advised when to move to the next level


Level 3 Tumbling

This class is for children who already have experience in tumbling. Some of the skills worked on in class are front and back walkovers, front and back limbers, as well as front and back handsprings. Children will be evaluated at the end of each session and advised when to move up to the next level.


Level 4 Tumbling Junior Flip Squad Pre-Competitive Team

Tumblers will continue to progress their tumbling skills and will be introduced to executing those skills on the competition matting surface. To be on the Junior Flip Squad the child must have successfully completed Level 3 Tumbling. A leotard must be worn to practice, hair up, jewelry off.


Joliet Flip Squad Competitive Tumbling Team

All team tumblers develop competitive passes while reviewing fundamentals and progressing to more advanced skills. Completion of our Pre-Team program and purchase of a team leotard and warm-up are required. Children must wear a leotard to practice with hair up and jewelry off.
