Ceremony Rate:

• $450, $50 deposit (part of the rate total) must be paid at time of reservation. Remaining amount is due no later than one week prior to the date of the event.
• Rate includes:
  • One hour reservation time slot for wedding ceremonies. All Ceremonies must start and end on time. Wedding parties may arrive no more than one hour before the reserved time slot and may stay ½ hour after ceremony end time to take pictures. All decorations, props, flowers, etc. are the responsibility of the wedding party and must be removed by the wedding party at the end of the one hour reservation time slot.
  • 75 chairs, extra chairs are available for $1 per chair. Bird Haven Greenhouse staff will set up and take down all chairs.
  • One standard 6 foot table is available if needed.
  • One small round table for unity candles is available if needed.
  • Podium is available if needed.

*Please note Bird Haven greenhouse does not provide bottled water for guests during summer weddings. All decorations, flowers, tablecloths, DJ, officiate is the responsibility of the wedding party. 

General Information/Rules:

• Professional Decorators/Florists: Fresh floral arrangements that are to be installed may be delivered to the greenhouse office during hours of operation for holding prior to event starting. Decorators that want to test/practice installs must notify staff of planned trial runs to ensure no double bookings (if they are to take place during hours of operation).
• DJ’s/Music: For test runs please notify/schedule with greenhouse staff (if they are to take place during hours of operation) to ensure no double bookings.
• Rehearsals: included as part of the total rate. Please notify/schedule with greenhouse staff (if to be done during hours of operation) to ensure no double bookings.
• Flower Petals: Fresh flower petals may be tossed sparingly. Faux petals are not allowed. Other suggestions for entrance/exit toss that are acceptable/allowed: bubbles, bird seed and leaf confetti. If planning something different, please double check with greenhouse staff.
